Donald Ray Nicholas of Mooresboro, born to Paris and Ethel Nicholas on July 8, 1946, passed away on July 2, 2018.

He is predeceased by his wife, Mildred Beckett Nicholas; son, Robert Nicholas; two brothers; two sisters.

He is survived by a son, Donlad Nicholas and wife Marcie of Clearwater, FL; daughter, Rhonda Cochran and husband Ben of Grover, NC; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one brother; four sisters.

He loved to travel the US working as a diesel mechanic. His heart was humble and kind. He will be missed by friends and hundreds of nieces and nephews.

Service were held at the Salvation Army Church in Canton, Ohio followed by a Celebration of Life at Fast Times Grill, 420 Market Avenue South, Canton Ohio.

Arrangements are entrusted to Robert Morgan Funeral and Cremation Service, LLC of Boiling Springs, NC.
