Dover Randolph, 69, of Forest City, NC, passed away on Thursday, September 1, 2011. Services were held at Harrelson Funeral Chapel. Internment was held in the Western Carolina State Veterans Cemetery.
Mr. Dover served our country in the US Marine Corps for 22 years and had three tours of duty in Vietnam.
Mr. Dover was preceded in death by his parents, Willard Albert Randolph and Bonnie Randolph and two brothers, Roosevelt Randolph and Ernest Parker.
He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Marcia Randolph; two sons, Wesley Randolph and his wife, Pam of New Bern, NC and Jason Randolph and his wife, Susan of Forest City; one daughter, Jamie Maxey of Rutherfordton; one sister, Irene Wyatt and husband, Ray of Ellenboro; one brother, Roland Parker and wife, Bernice of Old Fort, NC; a sister in-law, Catherine Parker, Morganton, NC and seven grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Souls Harbor Tabernacle, 441 Sandy Run Church Road, Mooresboro, NC 28114.
