Kennedy Ruff, the 2022 Distinguished Young Woman (DYW) of Rutherford County and the 2022 second runner up in the State program was recognized Tuesday night at the Rutherford County Board of Education. Shown with Kennedy are Rhonda Owens and Jeff Arrowood, DYW committee member and chair. Kennedy is a senior at R-S Central High School.
