Earnest Clarence Greene, Jr. “E.C.” age 80 passed away Friday May 25, 2012.
A native of Rutherford County he was the son of the late Earnest Clarence Greene, Sr. and Ethel Hudgins Greene.
E.C. was a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force serving during the Korean War and is survived by a number of cousins and dear friends.
A service celebrating his life was held at Crowe’s Funeral Chapel with Rev. Billy Vaughn officiating. Military Honors will be provided by the Rutherford County Veterans Honor Guard.
Mr. Greene’s urn will be placed at Spindale City Cemetery where his parents are laid to rest.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Spencer Baptist Church.
Crowe’s Mortuary is serving the family.
