Eddie Ray Green age 80 of Rutherfordton, passed away, January 8, 2017.

Eddie was the son of the late Howard K Green and Odelia Bush Green. Left to cherish his memory are his wife Glenda Harris Green; daughter Heather Green Fisher and her husband Joel Edmund Fisher Jr. of Maiden and their two children Josh and Wendy Fisher; Sister-in-law Walda Franklin; In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother Dallas Green. Eddie was a Master Cabinet Maker and owner of Cherry Mountain Cabinets. Eddie also enjoyed big game hunting. Eddie was a father figure and a mentor to many.

A memorial service was held at Gilkey Church of God. Rev. Montgomery officiated. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Gilkey Church of God Media Department ;181 Oak Springs Rd Rutherfordton NC 28139.
