Edith Irene Wall, 86, of Willow Ridge Nursing Center, Forest City, NC, passed away on Tuesday, January 11, 2011.

 At the request of the family, a private memorial service will be held at a later date.

Ms. Wall was preceded in death by her parents, C.B. and Myrtle Butler Wall.

She is survived by her sister, Imogene Dover of Spindale; one nephew, Paul Parker and wife Donna; a great nephew, Keith Parker and wife Angiel;  and a special friend Bill Gene Morrow and his son Patton and a number of cousins and special friends.

McKinney-Landreth Funeral Home is serving the family.
