Elaine Horton Walker Terry, 76 of Ellenboro, passed away on Tuesday, July 19, 2011. Services were held at Bethel Baptist Church, Ellenboro. Burial followed in the church cemetery.

Mrs.  Terry was preceded in death by her husband Robert C. Walker and her parents, Albert M. and Imma Whitener Horton.

She is survived by three daughters, Pam Parris and husband, Jerry, of Boiling Springs, SC; Pat Blalock and husband, Chris, of Ellenboro; Sherry Owens and husband Steve of Lexington, TN; four sisters, Winnie Hawkins of Ellenboro; Ruth Dysart of Greenville, SC; Mary Walker of Gastonia; Annie Jones of Winston Salem; six grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
