Emily Byers age 74 passed away on January 11, 2018.

She was a native of Rutherford County. Left to cherish her memory are her sons Timmy (Margaret) Roper of Marion, Michael (Debbie) Roper of Rutherfordton and Brian (Leah) Roper of Forest City.

She was preceded in death by a son Ronnie Roper. The family will hold a private memorial service.

Crowe's Mortuary is assisting the family.
