PrintEvelyn Coleen Holland Hames, age 82 of Mooresboro, NC, passed away Tuesday, August 30, 2022.
She was born October 26, 1939 in Cleveland County, to the late Melvin Holland and the late Pansey Watts Holland.
She is survived by daughters Mary Collins, Sherry Dato and husband Darryl, Annette Coblentz and Kanisha Goode, son Billy Goode, brother Paul Holland, sixteen grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband Ronnie Dean Hames and three children; Kathy Goode, Bobby Goode and Scott Goode.
A memorial service was held September 3 at Eggers Funeral Home of Cliffside with family speaker Kathi Lovelace Collins officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to Hospice of Cleveland County 951 Wendover Heights Dr. Shelby, NC 28150.
