Farm fresh fun

The Third Annual Chase FFA Alumni Farm Day was held Saturday, April 25, on the campus at Chase High School. With animals, tractors, dunking booth and more, there were double the amount of vendors registered this year, said Jeff Brigman, Alumni President. Rainy skies didn't stop antique tractor owners from displaying their farm equipment. Proceeds raised by the event go back into the agriculture department at the school to provide money for students to go to camp and attend state and national conventions. Last year the Chase FFA Alumni Group, which is made up of former teachers and students, was able to provide $4,100 for students.
