Firleen Davis Holt, age 97

Firleen Davis Holt, age 97, of Ellenboro, passed away, Monday, December 26, 2022.

Firleen was born in Cherokee County, SC December 25, 1925 to the late Romeo Davis and Lettie Owens Davis. She worked in textiles for many years and was a member of Campfield Memorial Baptist Church. .

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Peter Holt; daughter Patena Penson; brothers Blaine Davis, Finnie Davis, Winfred Davis, Sr and sisters Buena McCraw and Inez Davis.

Survivors include her sons Clarence Bedford Holt of Spindale and Barry Holt (Diane) of Ellenboro and three grandchildren.

A private funeral service was held for the family with Rev. Ernie Cole officiating.
