Flag flown over U.S. Capitol calls Rutherford County home

U.S. Congressman Patrick McHenry recently presented a flag that was flown over the U.S. Capitol Building to Rutherford County. The flag was accepted by Rutherford County Clerk of Court Steve Owens on behalf of the citizens of the county. The flag will be flown at the courthouse.
