Al Neal, General Manager, congratulates Jerry Walkear and wishes him the best (picture on left). The Forest City Honda Parts Manager, was honored at a special farewell party and given an iPad2 at his retirement party. The event was held on Friday, June 29. The Jerry Walker salute included a special gourmet luncheon with the entire staff attending. When asked what he intended to do in retirement, Jerry simply said, "Whatever my wife tells me to do." The couple intend to vacation and travel a lot. Mr. Walker started in 1968 with Honda Motorcycles and then Honda Cars in 1979. He is a Rutherford County native having been born in Bostic.  Congratulations on your retirement Jerry!
