Former Forest City Police Chief Jay Jackson provided this photo of Forest City Police officers patrolling the Thermal Belt Rail Trail. Jay adds "I want to thank the Town of Forest City and the Forest City Police Department for having their officers ride the Thermal Belt Rail Trail.
