Forrest Logan Pritchard Jr. of Forest City passed away May 10, 2017.

Forrest was a self-employed mechanic. Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Lois McCombs Pritchard; daughter Amber Wilson and her husband, Mark Wilson; a son, Travis Pritchard and his fiancée, Kathryn Sabo; and a brother Stanley Pritchard. He was preceded in death by his father, Forrest Logan Pritchard Sr.

Services were held at Crowe's Chapel.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to American Alzheimer's Association in honor of his mother, 225 N. Michigan Ave., Fl. 17, Chicago, IL 60601.

Crowe's Mortuary is assisting the family.
