Frances Frady Beason, age 82, of Forest City, passed away Monday, March 27, 2023.

Frances was born October 24, 1940 in Rutherford County to the late Claude Frady and Ann Camp Frady. She was a graduate of R-S Central High School. Frances worked as a press operator for Sonoco Plastics for 27 years before retirement. She was a past member of Mountain Creek Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 31 years, Frank Beason and stepson, Robbie Beason.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Lisa Spake of Forest City; sons, Duane Scoggins of Bostic and Tracey Beason (Joyce Parker) of Forest City; sister, Libby Jackson of Shelby; eight grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren; stepdaughter, Paula Greene; step-grandchildren, Ryan Cooper and Robbie Greene.

The funeral was held March 30 at Harrelson Funeral Chapel with Rev. Ernie Cole officiating.
