Frances P. Houser; age 89, passed away Tuesday, March 7, 2023.

A native of Rutherfordton, NC; Frances was an avid gardener and cook. She was a retired seamstress having worked at Tanner Company and Hargett's Sewing Plant.

Left to cherish her memory are one daughter, Teresa Boggs of Knoxville, TN; one grandson, four great grandchildren, many friends and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her father, Charlie Parker, her mother, Minerva Lail Parker, brothers, Bufford and Nelson Parker, husband Earl Wayne Houser and son Roger David Arrowood.

Funeral services were held March 10 at Crowe's Funeral Chapel with Pastor Ralph Kraft officiating.
