Frank Kozik, age 88

Frank Kozik, age 88, of Forest City, passed away Saturday April 6, 2013. 

Frank was a native of Hamlin Pennsylvania, a retired machine operator, attended Pleasant View Community Church and was a veteran of WW II serving in the Army Air Corp.

Preceding him in death is his wife Ruby Adams Kozik; parents Konstanty and Anna Kouric Kozik along with a number of siblings.

Left to cherish his memory are his daughters Lottie Moody of Forest City, Carol Crankshaw of St. Francisville, La., Marjorie Paratore of Thomasville, Ga.; sister Vickie Jones of Summerville, NJ along with 8 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

A service to celebrate the life of Frank Kozik will be held at Crowe’s Funeral Chapel on Thursday April 11 at 11 AM with Pastor Danny McCain officiating. Burial will follow in Eternal Hills Memorial Park with military honors provided by the Rutherford County Veterans Honor Guard.
