Georgia Jordan Buchanan, age 99, passed away in Forest City, NC Monday,October 3, 2022.

Born in Mecklenburg County, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Glennie Jordan.

In addition to her parents, Georgia was preceded in death by her husband William Ray Buchanan, brother Frank Jordan Jr., sister-in-law Sue Jordan, one grandson, and daughter-in-law, Pat Buchanan.

She was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church, and she was retired from Mastercraft in Spindale.

Georgia is survived by sons Buck, John (Peggy), Don (Annette), and Mike (Shirley), and numerous grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

The funeral service was held at Shiloh Baptist Church October 6 with Rev. Paul Willis, and Rev. Michael Sepaugh officiating.
