Habitat house dedicated

The Barbee family, left to right, is Sarai (17), Travarius (8), Kendrick (4), Brian (2), Trevonne (11), Rama, and Ja'qwan (13). Cheryl Waddingham is presenting keys.

Rutherford County Habitat for Humanity dedicated its 73rd house to Rama Barbee and her family. Rama and her six children now have a safe, affordable home and Habitat's first five-bedroom home. The keys to the home were given to the Barbee family by Cheryl Waddingham. Cheryl is the widow of Bruce Waddingham, who started Habitat's ReStore in November 2003 and in whose memory the house was built.
