Harriette Ruppe Cook, age 84

Harriette Ruppe Cook, age 84, of Ellenboro, passed away Thursday, September 17, 2020.

Harriette was born January 25, 1936 in Cleveland County to the late Edley "O.B." Ruppe and Irene Fowler Ruppe.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of thirty-three years, W.R. Cook; brother, Henry Ruppe; three sisters, Dorothy Cash, Faye Willis, Juanita Hawkins and a granddaughter.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Donna Burgess (Larry) of Ellenboro; son, Allen Peskopos of Kennesaw, Georgia; brothers, Jerry Ruppe of Boiling Springs, NC and Johnny Ruppe (Blanche) of Polkville and a sister, Mamie Lackey (Bill) of Polkville. She is also survived by five grandchildren.

The funeral service was conducted at Harrelson Funeral Chapel. Interment followed in the Polkville Baptist Church Cemetery.
