Helen LePage, age 79, of Shelby, passed away November 4, 2021.

Helen was born February 16, 1942 in Rutherford County to the late John Thomas Harris and Bessie Lee Mitchell Harris. She was a homemaker. Bessie attended Mt. Olivet Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Lucille Hicks and a brother, Carl "Bud" Harris.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Richard LePage; children, Teresa Smith of Union Mills, Reggie Smith (Kim) of Harris, Ronnie Smith (Tammy) of Morganton, Sherry Smith (Roger) of Ellenboro, Deborah Crowe (Daniel) of Cincinnati, Ohio and Barbie Davis of Shelby; three sisters, Creola Jones (Casey) of Harris, Pansy McCraw of Harris and Paulette Smith (Kurt) of Ellenboro, seventeen grandchildren, thirty-one great grandchildren and one great-great grandchildren.
