Hugh Proctor, Jr., passed away Friday, June 9, 2023.

He was born in Connecticut to the late Hugh Proctor, Sr. and Martha Gentry Proctor. He is also predeceased by one daughter, Jerrica Proctor.

Left behind to cherish his memories are his spouse, Keri Champagne; son, Justin Proctor; daughter, Justine Proctor; son, Jerrett Proctor; son, Joshua Proctor; 9 grandchildren.

Hugh, Jr. worked as a Cook.
