Ina Faye Bailey, age 82, of Ellenboro, passed away Wednesday, December 24, 2025.

Faye was born March 13, 1943 in Rutherford County to the late Emma Lee Beheler. She worked for the Rutherford County Public Schools as a bus driver and in the lunchroom. Faye also worked as a teller for First Citizens Bank and as an office clerk for Charles Watkins Auto Sales. She was a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Fred Bailey; sisters, Barbara Toney and Coleen Melton; brothers, Johnny Sisk, Charle Sisk and Leroy Sisk.

Those left to honor her memory include her sons, Michael Bailey of Bostic and Tim Bailey of Mooresboro and her sister, Patsy Wright.

The funeral was held December 30 at Harrelson Funeral Chapel.
