Inez Greene Womack, age 95, of Forest City, passed away Wednesday, August 9, 2023.

Inez was born November 3, 1927 in Polk County, to the late Daniel Edgar Greene and Della Elizabeth Johnson Greene.

Inez was a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Womack; her son, James David Womack; brothers, Rev. James Edgar Greene, Robert Henry Greene, Wayne Dean Greene; sisters, Stella Beatrice Greene Randolph, Ruth Greene Reid and Carrie Lynette Greene.

Those left to cherish her memory include daughter-in-law Debby Womack, one granddaughter, two great granddaughters.

A funeral service was held August 12 at Harrelson Funeral Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Cox officiating.
