Jack Wayne Bailey, age 73, of Rutherfordton, passed away Friday, January 27, 2017.

He was the son of the late Andrew Bailey and the late Connie Baker Bailey and a native of Lancaster, SC. He was the owner and operator of Bailey's Trucking. Jack was preceded in death by a son Gerald W. Bailey and two brothers; James D. Bailey and Glen S. Bailey; one sister Isabelle Ledbetter. He loved his dogs.

He is survived by his wife: JoAnn Arrowood Bailey. One Daughter: Teresa B. Garris and her husband Walt of Lancaster, SC. One Son: Andrew Bailey and his wife Renee of Kershaw, SC. One step-daughter: Lee Arrowood Walker and her companion Richard Cummons of Rutherfordton. One Sister: Esther B. Knight, Lancaster, SC. One Brother: Douglas Bailey and his wife Carol of Lancaster, SC. Four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and one step-granddaughter.

Funeral service was held at McMahan's Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Ad Hopper and Reverend Paul Nelon officiating. Interment was held at Piedmont Baptist Church Cemetery.
