Jacob Taylor Rash "Jake", age 23, of Rutherfordton, NC passed away December 18, 2021.

A native of Rutherford County, he is the son of Matthew E. Rash.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Hannah Grace Bennett Rash; sons, Elijah Princeton Taylor Rash and Quinten Randy Taylor Rash; father Matthew E. Rash and wife Kimberly Simmons Rash; brothers, Tyler Rash and wife Kensley, Cameron Rash and wife Faith, and Sabian Rash; sisters Blakely Rash, Ocean Rash, Kimberly Clements, and Noah Connor; grandmother, Judy B. Rash, grandfather Keith Vance and wife Lois.

He was a student at Mt. Vernon/Ruth Elementary School, R.S. Middle School and R.S. Central High School.

A celebration of life was held December 22, 2021 at Fellowship Holiness Church Spindale with Rev. Chad Sisk officiating.
