Jacob Tristan Ruff, age 27 of Forest City passed away Thursday, June 22, 2023.

Jacob was born December 18, 1995.

Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Dana Pritchard and husband, Brian of Forest City; father, Jason Ruff and wife, Christy, of Wake Forest; siblings Bree Pritchard, Landon Pritchard, Madison Ruff and Blythe Ruff; grandparents Daniel and Doris Dills of Forest City, Steve and Doris Duncan of Forest City, Jack and Debi Ruff of Bonneau Beach, SC, Jamie and Remona Glover of Rutherfordton and Darryl and Libby Cheshire of Forest City; uncles and aunts, Mike and Libby Smith, James and Megan Rumfelt and Lee and Jill Hopper; several cousins and his significant other, Jessica Lizio.

Jacob was a graduate of Western Carolina University. Jacob was an Engineering Project Manager at SDS Mechanical and Automation.

The funeral was held June 26 at New Bethel Baptist Church, Forest City with Rev. George Whitmire and Rev. Greg Qualls officiating.
