James Alfred "Pop/Bill" Gilliam, 83, passed away Thursday, June 8, 2023.

He was born in Cherokee, SC to the late Alfred Gilliam and Geneva Jackson Gilliam. He is also predeceased by 3 brothers, Charles Gilliam, Bobby Gilliam and Jr. Gilliam.

Left behind to cherish are his wife, Martha Gilliam; son, Michael Gilliam (Dawn); three grandchildren, two future great-grandchildren; sisters, Judy Walker and Margaret Black (Elmer).

He worked at Grover Industries for many years. His previous jobs were Cattle Farming, raising hogs and chickens.

Celebration of Life Services will be announced for a future date.
