James Eddie Hill, 59

James Eddie Hill, 59, of Cliffside, passed away on Sunday, December 30, 2012.

   A native of Cleveland County, he was born on December 27, 1953, a son of the late James Hill and Betty Pearson Hill. He was employed as a Supervisor at Cone Mill Corporation - Jacquard Plant. He was a member of Fairview Missionary Methodist Church. He was a member of the Buggies Gone Wild Forum, was a golf cart enthusiast and loved spending time at Ocean Lakes Family Campground, loved his grandchildren, and their baseball games.

   He is survived by his wife, Deborah Thomas Hill; one daughter, Heather Hill Pavone and husband Patrick of Asheville; one sister, Wanda Vickers and husband Ricky of Cliffside; one brother, Keith Hill of Clarksville, TN; two grandchildren, Jackson and Baylor Pavone.

   Funeral services were held at the A.C. McKinney Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Buddy Morehead officiating. Burial followed at Cliffside Cemetery.
