James Edward Harrill, 59, of 2232 Riverside Road, Shelby, NC passed away on Thursday, January 13, 2011. Services were held at McKinney-Landreth Funeral Home.

Mr. Harrill was preceded in death by his parents, James Wesley and Ruth Lane Harrill.

He is survived by his wife, Deborah Rook Harrill; one daughter, Rhonda Smith of Shelby; two stepdaughters, Jessica Reid of Mayo, SC and Lisa Sullivan of Inman, SC; one brother, Billy Lane of Clearwater, FL; one sister, Janet Coleman and seven grandchildren.

McKinney-Landreth Funeral Home, Cliffside, NC is serving the family.
