James Elmore Morrison age 90 of Crowe Dairy Road passed away Monday January 16, 2012.
Funeral services were held at Adaville Baptist Church.
A native of Rutherford County NC he was a son of Lex & Quilla Whisnant Morrison. Veteran of the U.S. Army serving in World War Two.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 70 years Margaret Roberson Morrison, three sons – Kenny & wife Lisa of Rutherfordton, NC; David & wife Carla Sottovia of Frisco, TX; Eddie of Wilmington, NC; two sisters – Thelma Crowe and Mildred Crowe both of Forest City; three grandchildren, four great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice of Rutherford County POB 336 Forest City NC 28043 or to Adaville Baptist Church Building Fund 805 Oakland Road Spindale, NC 28160.
