James "Jim" Joseph Parks, 69, of Rutherfordton passed away on Thursday, July 26, 2018.

He was born to the late Robert James and Ruth June Parks in New Jersey. Jim leaves behind his wife, Patricia Parks. Jim served in the United States Air Force. He worked as a bus driver after getting out of the Military. He will truly be missed.
