James Lonnie Proctor, age 83, husband of Shirley Morrison Proctor of Rutherfordton passed away Friday July 2, 2021.

James was a native of Rutherford County; son of the late Ed and Aline Wilson Proctor, and a US Army Veteran.

In addition to his wife Shirley, Jim leaves to cherish his memories his sons Jeff and Powell Proctor of Rutherfordton; two grandchildren; sister Deborah Proctor of Charlotte and brother Eddie Proctor of Dallas, TX; a nephew and a niece.

Funeral services were conducted at Crowe's Mortuary.
