James Mason Justice, age 75, of Forest City, passed away, Tuesday, November 7, 2023.

James was born January 15, 1948 in Rutherford County to the late William Granville Justice and Betty Smith Justice.

He worked at Broughton Hospital in Morganton for many years.

Those left to cherish his memory include two sons, Stuart Justice and Shawn Justice both of Forest City; two grandsons, two great-grandchildren, and the mother of his children, Verna Lynn Lingerfelt of Vale.

A graveside service was held November 11 at Hickory Grove Cemetery SC with Rev. Ernie Cole officiating.
