Jayne Beatty Johnson, age 69, wife of Jimmy "J. J. "Johnson of Spindale passed away Monday March 12, 2018.

Jayne was a native of Rutherford County, the daughter of Dot Hovis Beatty and the late Bill Beatty, a graduate of R. S. Central High School, a member of Spindale United Methodist Church, and retired from Spindale Elementary School as an assistant.

In addition to her husband Jimmy and mother Dot she leaves to cherish her memory her daughter Jamie Johnson Atti (Bill) and two grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at Spindale United Methodist Church. Rev. Keith Stephenson officiated. Burial followed in Eternal Hills Memorial Park.

Crowe's Mortuary is assisting the family.
