Jerry Lee Peters, age 82, passed away October 7, 2021.

Jerry was born April 2, 1939 to John and Florence Peters. As a young man, he joined the Air Force where he learned electronics which led to a life-long career as an electrician. He lived most of his life in Miami, FL, but made NC his forever home in 1996.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Pam Peters; children, Tracy Riser (Steven), Karyn Conner (Edward), Sarah Merchant (Dennis), Stephanie Pinion and Rebecca Beam (Chuck); grandchildren, Shaun and Erin; Justin, Kelsy, Josie and Jonas; Rayne, Silas and Lula; Forrest; Katie and Courtney; great-grandchildren, Lennon and Wesley, one sister, Barbara Glaese and nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents and his son, John Conrad Peters.

A Celebration of Life gathering of close friends and family will be announced soon.
