Joel Morgan Ross, age 64, of Rutherfordton, passed away Saturday, January 21, 2017.

He was the son of the late Broadus Ross. He was preceded in death by one brother Doug Ross.

Joel is survived by his mother Francis Ross. He is also survived by his wife: Marylon Ross. Three daughters: Tina Melton, Sommar Waters, Cindi Melton. Two Sons: Donald Ross, Michael Waters and three grandchildren.

At the request of the family no services are planned at this time.

Memorials may be made to Hospice of Rutherford County at POB 336 Forest City, NC 28043. McMahan's Funeral Home and Cremation Services are in charge of the arrangements.
