John Alvin Potter, 58, of Forest City passed away Sunday, October 11, 2026.

He is the son of David Lee Potter and the late Sharon Kay Coleman Potter.

In addition to his father those left to cherish his memory are his brother David Aaron Potter (Jennifer), and a sister Elizabeth Anne Potter, four nephews and two nieces and eight great nieces and nephews.

A private memorial service will be held by his family.
