John "Pepe`" Berube, age 77, of Forest City, passed away Friday, February 5, 2021.

John was born Monday, December 13, 1943 in Lebanon, New Hampshire to the late Treffle and Grace Berube. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of thirty-seven years, Marlene Berube; daughter, Ann Ferguson (Fredrick) of Forest City; three grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and a brother-in-law, Raymond Dawson (Susu) of Atlanta.

A memorial service was conducted at the Harrelson Funeral Chapel. Military honors were provided by the Rutherford County Honor Guard.
