Jonathan Stephen Hardin, 85, of Forest City, NC, died Thursday, February 23, 2023.

He was the son of James Archibald & Vera Mae Doggett Hardin.

Steve was an Industrial Engineer until his retirement. He was married to Mary Houser Hardin for 53 years.

Steve is survived by his sons, Gary of Forest City, David (Cindy) of Apex,, and Grant (Lora) of Rock Hill, SC, five grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren.

The funeral was held February 25 in The Padgett and King Chapel with Rev. Eric Yelton officiating.
