PrintJoseph Howard Evans, 84, of Forest City, passed away Sunday, June 18, 2023.
A native of Allegheny County, PA, he was the son of the late Joseph William and Helen May Wall Evans.
He was a retired computer system analyst for the federal government and a member of Kistler's Chapel United Methodist Church.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Yvonne Meisberger Evans, two granddaughters, four great grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
