Joyce A. Davis, 84, of Chesnee passed away Sunday, December 17, 2023. Born in Rutherfordton County, NC, she was the daughter of the late Moody and Bessie Lane and was married to Raymond Kenneth Davis for 45 years.

Joyce was of the Baptist faith. She was a retired plant packer in manufacturing, and owned a restaurant with her mother. Mrs. Davis loved fishing and was the owner of Greens Fishing Lake for 31 years.

Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Pamela Towe; two granddaughters, two grandsons, and nine great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by a son, Michael Callahan; sister, Sarah Mae Maxwell; and a brother, Ivan Lane.

A Memorial Service was held December 21 in the chapel of Eggers Funeral Home of Chesnee.
