Landon Wray Wilson, age 24, of Ellenboro, passed away Monday, May 18, 2026.

Landon was born August 29, 2001, in Rutherford County to Randy and Trina Wilson, who reside in Ellenboro. He was a graduate of East Rutherford High School, Class of 2020. Landon worked as an equipment operator for Sisk Grading and was of the Baptist faith.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Lee and Fannie Sisk, Aden and Vesta Epley, Wray and Vernie Wilson, and Clarence and Mintie Kearns.

Those left to honor and cherish his memory include his parents, Randy and Trina Wilson of Ellenboro; the mother of his children, Jayda Chapman of Bostic; his children, Blakely and Ashton Wilson; his grandparents, Herman and Sonja Sisk of Forest City and James and Frances Wilson of Ellenboro; his brother, Cameron Wilson (Bailey) of Palmer, AL; his sisters, Kelsey Church (Corey) of Ellenboro and Ashlyn Knisely (Tate) of Minneapolis, MN; his nieces, Caidence and Kayleigh Church; along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

The funeral was held May 22 at Bethel Baptist Church with Rev. Jeremy Jenkins officiating.
