Lewis Samuel Clark, Jr., age 47 of Forest City, passed away Friday, January 17, 2020.

Lewis was born April 10, 1972 in Boston, MA and was a son of the late Nancy Carter and Lewis Samuel Clark, Sr.

He is survived by his loving and faithful companion of 17 years, Beth Zechman of the home, Heather Gilbert whom he considered his little sister and longtime friend and employer, Jeff Aiello and his family.
