Lily Dorothea Kirchner Davies died Thursday, September 21, 2023, less than two months from her one hundredth birthday. She was born in Baltimore, Maryland and was preceded in death by her husband, Curtis Atwood Davies, their son, Curtis, Jr and their daughter Denae Carol Davies.

Dorothea enjoyed her final years with her son Charles Clayton Davies, his wife Connie, three grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.

Dorothea attended the Word of Faith Fellowship.

A memorial service was held September 24, 2023 at Word of Faith Fellowship with Rev. Jane Whaley and Rev. Sam Whaley officiating.
