Louise Dewey, age 95, of Rutherfordton, passed away Friday, August 7, 2020.

She was the daughter of the late Henry Luther Ellenburg and the late Theo Doshie Ellenburg. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband William Albertus Dewey; her daughter Judy Bradley; brothers Grady Ellenburg, George Ellenburg, Harrison Ellenburg, Junior Ellenburg and James Ellenburg 3 great-grandchildren. Survivors include sisters; Mary Moss, Melvina "Butch" Melton, Martha White and Laura Wyatt. Six grandchildren; twenty one great-grandchildren; thirteen great great-grandchildren. And many nieces and nephews and other family members.

The memorial service was held at McMahan's Funeral Home Chapel.
