Madison "Maddie" Goode, age 23, of Ellenboro, passed away, Thursday, December 21, 2023.

Maddie was born January 12, 2000, in Augusta, GA. She worked as a nursing assistant at Oak Grove Nursing and Rehabilitation Center and as a waitress for Fatz and for Randall's Restaurant in Ellenboro. She was a member of The Barn Fellowship in Ellenboro.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Max Robert Philbeck, Coleen Hames and Bobby Goode.

Those left to treasure her memory include her children, Kalia Marley Hamilton and Kyndell Millie Hamilton; her parents, Samantha and Billy Reynolds of Ellenboro and Billy Goode of Shelby; siblings, Joshua Dylan Goode (Stacy) of Mooresboro, Savanah Good of Shelby, Robert Jacob Goode (Courtney) of Mooresboro, Hannah Goode (Micah Yarboro) of Tryon and Tripp Reynolds (Emily) of Rutherfordton; grandparents, Norma Jean Philbeck and Gary and Darlene Reynolds; several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be conducted at 2pm on Wednesday, December 27 at The Barn Fellowship with Rev. Sam Henderson officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the church.
