Margarita Angela Clute, 88

Margarita Angela Clute, 88, peacefully passed away February 21, 2025.

Born in Cuba in 1936, she was the daughter of Gregorio and Ines Rubio Briguera.

Maggie was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Over the course of 66 years of marriage, she and her husband Charlie created a lifetime of memories and adventures, often she would share stories of their many journeys together.

In addition to her husband Charlie, she is survived by their children, Bill (Susanna) and Charlie Jr. (Elizabeth); her grandchildren, Natalie Clute, Lauren Clute, Charlie III (Lydia), Chris Clute, and Jon (Laura); and her great-grandchildren, Marigold, Bethany, Ivy, and Paisley.

A service celebrating Maggie's life was held February 26 at Spindale United Methodist Church.
