Marion Pauline Mooney, 90 of Forest City

Marion Pauline Mooney, 90 of Forest City, NC passed away Saturday, September 3, 2011 at Hospice House. Services were held at St. Claire’s Catholic Church in North Palm Beach, FL. Interment was at Hillcrest Memorial Park in West Palm Beach, FL.

Mrs. Mooney was preceded in death by her husband Robert Thompson Moody, Sr.  and her parents Eric Wilhelm and Beatrice Sophie Swensson Jordahn,

She is survived by seven daughters, Sharon Bouvier of Jupiter, FL, Judith Dunn of West Palm Beach, FL, Kathleen Barwell and Maria Barwell of Rutherfordton, Ann Patrice Casale of Lake Worth, FL; Carolyn Moore of Rutherfordton, NC; Maria Barwell of Rutherfordton, NC and Gabrielle Battaglia of Lake Worth, FL; four sons, Robert Mooney Jr. of North Palm Beach, FL; Timothy Mooney of Lake Worth, FL; Shawn Mooney of West Palm Beach, FL and Erik Mooney of Lantana, FL; one sister Kay Rybovich of West Palm Beach, FL; twenty grandchildren; and twenty-two great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Rutherford County, PO Box 336, Forest City, NC 28043.
